WE WOULD ASK THAT EVERYONE BRING A MASK TO WEAR FOR WHEN YOU ARE IN COMMON AREAS. WE WILL BE SCREENING EVERYONE THAT ENTERS THE OFFICE. TO AVOID A CROWDED WAITING ROOM, WE MAY HAVE TO ASK THAT YOU WAIT IN YOUR CAR.
PLEASE ARRANGE FOR CHILDCARE. BE PREPARED TO HAVE TO WAIT IN YOUR CAR INSTEAD OF OUR COMMON AREAS. THE ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED BACK IN TREATMENT ROOMS ARE A PATIENT AND A PARENT. IF MULTIPLE CHILDREN HAVE APPOINTMENTS AT STAGGERED TIMES, WE ASK THAT YOU WAIT IN YOUR CAR WITH THE CHILDREN UNTIL THEIR TIME. PLEASE CALL WITH QUESTIONS.
IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT IF YOU HAVE COVID-19, OR SUSPECTED TO HAVE IT, OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE THAT HAS OR IS SUSPECTED TO HAVE IT, OR HAVE ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS, OR HAVE TRAVELED TO A HOTSPOT, PLEASE CALL US TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO COMING. The health of our patients, our staff, and our loved ones is of great importance right now. If you have an upcoming appointment already scheduled, please be advised that we may have to change that appointment depending on what the circumstances are at that time. Also, if you need to change an appointment, please call us in advance so we can reschedule.

The American Dental Association(ADA) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, recommended all dental offices essentially shutdown in order to conserve medical supplies for frontline personnel, and to help limit public interaction. This shutdown lasted from Mid March into May 2020.
The ADA and CDC are providing interim recommendations to dental practices across the country in regards to opening their doors to patients, and how to provide safe dental care in the new era of COVID-19. We are implementing new protocols in order to make sure that we are providing care in a safe and comfortable environment that limits risks of exposure.
However, we are a medical care facility treating the public, and therefore cannot guarantee against any possible exposure.
Yes, things will be different with how we look in our protective equipment and how we approach a normal appointment with temperature readings, screening questions, etc., but what won’t be different is how we strive to take the best care of you in a safe and comfortable way.
